Justice matters will campaign for the criminal prosecution in relation to:

  1. Ministerial misconduct for not disclosing her relationship with Daryl Maguire and his questionable business dealings.

  2. Her admitted involvement in pork barrelling.

  3. The State Archives and Records Authority's determination that her office illegally shredded documents related to pork barrelling.

  4. Read more about Gladys Berejiklian's corruption >

  5. Watch video about Gladys Berejiklian's corruption >

If the authories continue to ignore Berejiklian's corrupt conduct then Justice Matters will consider taking out a private criminal prosecution to ensure that she is held to account.

Also, the indivduals within ICAC and SARA who decided not to prosecute Berejiklian should be held to account.
