Justice Matters has evidence of deceitful conduct and gross negligence by iCare case managers, including authorising treatment for 9 months by a therapist who was not properly accredited and an unqualified iCare case worker who prescribed treatment.

Justice Matters will explore the possibility of taking out a class action lawsuit against iCare because the victims of injury deserve the very best care.
