Prosecuting NSW police sergeant who stalked women to their car, and used police records to contact them

A NSW police sergeant would spend his Saturday mornings stalking women to their cars at the Woolworths car park in Neutral Bay. He took down their registration number then accessed police records to get their phone numbers and addresses to contact them.

That sounds like someone planning to become a serial killer or rapist rather than a police officer. It should send chills down the spine of every NSW woman, and their loved ones.
