Prosecuting senior NSW police officers for ignoring, covering up & enabling police misconduct
There are several corrupt senior NSW police officers who put themselves above the law by covering up police misconduct. Justice Matters has conclusively documented evidence against over 20 senior officers up to the commissioner’s office.
These officers deserve no leniency because they enable police abuse. If senior officers did not cover up misconduct, then frontline officers would be unlikely to abuse or bully innocent members of the public.
Justice Matter’s legal advice is that these senior officers have engaged in perverting the course of justice or a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We do not need another Royal Commissioner or parliamentary enquiry, they are just another excuse to avoid taking any real action. We need decisive action; it would only take 1 criminal prosecution to send an emphatic message to every other senior NSW police officer.
